Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google & META Ads.
- Develop performance-focused strategies aligned with client KPIs, lead generation goals, and revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Identify scaling opportunities and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with content/design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Support SEO and organic marketing initiatives to ensure an integrated digital strategy.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
- Stay updated with ad platform algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Lead and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page & content optimisation, technical SEO coordination, and organic performance tracking.
- Plan and manage social media strategy, content calendars, engagement growth, and organic audience building across platforms.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable performance results.
- Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) with demonstrated organic growth outcomes.
- Experience in content creation and optimisation for ads, websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Ability to plan and manage social media strategies to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Ability to analyse performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and performance-oriented mindset.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Digital Marketing Preferred).
